The Hysterectomy Store provides trusted products for hysterectomy recovery through curation and manufacturing. The products sold at our store are helpful not only for hysterectomy but, also, other surgeries with similar incisions such as tummy tuck, c-section, hernia repair, organ transplant including open incision and laparoscopic incisions.
Our store motto is “Be kind to yourself”! We think it fits our own values as we create and search for products to help our customers recover from the challenges of surgery.

Our History – How we got here
Kathy Kelley launched the Hysterectomy Store during 1998 as part of the HysterSisters website. In 2011, the store was more than Kathy could manage while running the large hysterectomy community website. And because family is everything, Kathy transferred/sold the store to Jessica – her daughter-in-law – as the new owner of the store – Bluebird Sisters Hysterectomy Store. Kathy continues to consult for the store, providing helpful feedback about new products curated for the store.
The store’s product selection, orders and inventory are maintained as a family owned, small business with the personal touch.
