Each surgery they take a bit more a more out of me, an ovary here, a uterus there, parts of colon, parts of intensities. Now I have finally had a full HX. I ordered a small/medium and I am 5’4″ and weigh 136 pounds. I could actually stand up straight when I wore these. AMAZING. I probably should of ordered the Large and the Small/medium because of the swelling. I could not wear them too long. But they are comfy, soft, not too stylish but I am not going for style. Noel1957 said: I had a radical hysterectomy. I purchased 3 of these with the scar panel prior to the surgery. I am a size 8 – 10 and purchased the small. They were wonderful and I have been told I was moving better than when I delivered our daughters via C-section. I even flew to a wedding less than 2 weeks after the surgery and did very well. I attribute the support these gave to my abdomen for the secure feeling to stand up straight and walk normally which I believe has helped my recovery.
