As you may already know, vitamin B-12 is an important vitamin that is hard to receive in adequate amounts as we age. Beginning at around 45 years old, changes in our body make it more difficult to properly metabolize this important nutrient. Up until recently, in order to get an effective dose, doctors had to give B-12 injections in their office. Now you can avoid the inconvenience, expense and discomfort of a B-12 injection with the B-12 patch. Consult your medical professional.

B-12 FAQ

Where should the patch be placed?
Apply one B12 Patch to a clean and dry area of the skin either behind the ear lobe on the neck, or on the inside of the wrist where the pulse is taken.

Can I apply more than one Vitamin B12 Patch a week?
Yes you may apply more than one patch per week. The Institute of Medicine of the National Academies did not establish an upper limit (UL) for Vitamin B12 because vitamin B12 has a very low potential for toxicity. However it is recommend taking one Vitamin B12 Patch per week as this should give you an adequate supply of B12.

Can B12 cause someone to lose sleep?
People react to B12 in different ways. For some, it may cause increased energy, and as a result, should not be taken right before bedtime. Fortunately, the solution is simple. Apply the B12 Patch in the morning.

Will the Vitamin B12 Patch create problems with any of the medications I'm taking?
Typically, our product does not have negative reactions with medication. However, we recommend that you always consult with a physician.

Does the Vitamin B12 Patch help diabetics or are there any adverse effects?
B12 is recommended for diabetics because they are at a higher risk for developing heart disease and other ailments. The only problem is that with diabetics it is going to be harder to see the results as far as energy and such, because blood sugar levels can affect mood, energy levels, etc. If a person's blood sugar is unstable, the effects of B12 (though good) will not be as noticeable until the person's blood sugar is under good control. There are no adverse affects of taking B12 and being diabetic, but as always, please consult with your physician.

What type of B12 does your product contain?
The source for the Vitamin B12 Patch is cyanocobalamin. Cyanocobalamin is the most stable form of B12 and therefore is the only form that can be used effectively in a patch.

As always, consult your medical professional if you have any questions about medical symptoms and/or whether you would benefit from Vitamin B-12 supplementation. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

love the patch!
So far, I don't seem to need my B-12 injections now that I have switched over to the patch. I am not a fan of shots, and this product is even less expensive than my copay!
